Formation, History, And Growth.
Although Nizah Material, also known as Ludolf Mettale, was formally established in 1974, it didn't start operating until 1976. Ludolf Klaus founded Nizah Material in 1968, but it was shut down in 1971 after failing to meet government financial requirements. German metallurgical engineer Ludolf Klaus and British petrochemical engineer Baldwin Schools made the decision to establish a business in 1974. Ludolf Klaus and Baldwin Schools contributed 89% and 11% of the share capital, respectively, with their respective skills and financial contributions. The business is worth £12.8 billion.
